Early full registration* - 650 EUR (until June 30th, 2019)

Early student registration* - 350 EUR (until June 30th, 2019)

Accompanying persons** - 185 EUR (until June 30th, 2019)

Late full registration* - 750 EUR

Late student registration* - 450 EUR

Accompanying persons** - 200 EUR (deadline for registration July 15th, 2019)

*Registration fee includes a program and abstracts book, welcome reception, three lunches, coffee breaks, tour & dinner and banquet

​**Accompanying person registration fee includes welcome reception,  three lunches, transportation to social events, tour & dinner and banquet.

Cancellation

​

Cancellations must be made in writing to Ms. Rita Maia, email:

In case of cancellation of the registration before June 30th, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds are possible thereafter.
All refunds will be managed after the Conference.
